WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY
WHAT'S INCLUDED
The day is spilt into 3 parts
1: Morning: Masterclasses & Training
2: Afternoon: Auditions
3: Awards ceremony
It begins with learning and mastering the material, where competitors will work with leading industry professionals to learn and refine material before their auditions.
Competitors are divided into four age groups, ensuring fair and tailored training:
• 7–9 years
• 10–12 years
• 13–14 years
• 15–17 years
(The competitor’s age is based on their age on the day of the competition)
1: Morning: Masterclasses & Training
All classes will be 45 mins to 1 hour in duration, across all genres.
Dancers
You will train in Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz focusing on both technique and performance.
Classes will include learning original choreography from top choreographers and company artists, preparing you for the competitive stage.
We
Singers
You will refine your skills in Solo Song (a prepared song of your choice), Group Singing (acting through song) and a Musical Theatre Dance under the expert guidance of a West End Musical Director, Acting coach and West End Choreographer/Dance Captain.
The focus is on bringing performance material to life with confidence, storytelling, and versatility.


⏱️ Daily Flow
There are short breaks between each class to allow time to:
Change attire
Refuel with snacks or water
Rest and reset
Practice material if needed
🍽️ Lunch & Competition
After morning training, participants will enjoy a lunch break, followed by the start of the competition, performed in front of our esteemed judging panel and live audience.


2: Afternoon: Auditions & Awards Ceremony
After the morning training, competitors will step into a live audition setting, performing in front of an expert judging panel of industry professionals, West End creatives, and representatives from top training colleges.
• Each performer will audition across all three disciplines within their chosen track.
• Judges will provide live feedback, offering invaluable insight and guidance.
• The auditions are open to spectators, allowing parents, teachers, and supporters to watch and experience the process first-hand.
3: Awards ceremony
The day concludes with a celebratory awards ceremony, where all competitors will receive a certificate of achievement, and selected performers will be awarded trophies, medals, and scholarships to top UK summer schools.
